General

The search form connected to the number field in the basic files have been extended with a lookup thereby making i possible to select the wanted.

A function for adjustment of all price/amount fields with a factor (change of currency) has been implemented. The function is found under [General] + [Data files] + [Change currency].

Files

The number of digits in the operation number has been extended from 2 to 3.

A new operation type "Sale Int." for internal sale has been introduced. The former sales operation, which is related to external sale, has been renamed to "Sale Ext.".
Using this new operations type it is possible to define the amount of labour related to internal sale of finished goods. This may e. g. be applied to cut crops where the harvest consists of cuttings and where the labour required for harvesting is to be applied to the cut crop.

New buttons have been introduced in the crop/batch files and in the planning file. The buttons are for quick maneuvering between related windows. When using the buttons the new activated window is adjusted to the same crop and the same batch as in the calling window.

A new button has been introduced in the planning file for changing the current plan and other settings.

Analyses and Control

Batch limits in analyses and control reports are now included in the report header.

In the Cuttings balance report new calculation types have been introduced. This makes it possible to relate the production of finished goods (both internal and external) to the consumption of cuttings/young plants in the balance. This may be used for balance control in connection with production of young plants to be repotted into different sizes of finished goods.

A new line specifying starting licenses has been added to the summary budget and the period budget. These licenses were previously included in the "Pl.purchase" line under productions costs.

A new key figure indicating Hous/1000 Pl. (sales plants) has been added to the summary budget.

Graphics windows in the planning file

When a week bar representing the current crop (green) is double clicked the batch corresponding to the week is made the current batch in the planning file form. If such a batch does not exist the first previous batch is made the current.

When a bar representing the other crops (red) is double clicked the function "Show crops" is activated. This function shows all crops contributing in the current window. Selecting one of the displayed crops makes that one the current crop in the graphics.

An new button has been introduced in all planning graphics. When pressed all other graphics will be synchronized with the current window regarding the displayed period.

The mechanism for positioning of the time scale in the planning graphics has changed. Now the previous position is remembered and restored when the window is reopened.

Fixed errors

The crop file, Materials
Correction of "Mat.type" could cause the "No." to be undefined. Correction of the "Mat.type" from packing to anything else didn’t clear the "Pack/cont." field.

Temperature tables
Definition of a new temperature table from scratch was not possible.

Summary budget, Data export
The export function rounded all figures in the export file to integers. This caused the accuracy of some key figures to be lost. Now all figures are exported corresponding to the figures in the printed reports.
