GartPlan version 1.040
General
Printout of the user’s guide. When the menu item ”Help/User’s guide” is
activated the user’s guide of the program is read into either Microsoft Word
or Wordpad, wherefrom the printout can be made.
In the menu item ”General/Data files/Copying with year offset” it is now
possible to delimit the copy to a set of plans.
Files
A new crop graphics: ”Price analysis” has been introduced in the crop file.
The graphics shows Price0 (PM=0), Price2 (PM) together with Price (Budg) as
a bar chart. (Maxi)
Reports
The crop analysis by batch has been divided into 2 reports: Crop analysis by
batch (PM) and Crop analysis by batch (Spec.). The 2 reports correspond to
the 2 pages that were printed for each crop in the former report. Layout
facilities have been introduced as well.
In the crop survey the information about which batches are selling has been included.
Under the menu item ”Control/Plan control” a new report has been introduced. The report
verifies that batch placements in departments according to the plan are
corresponding to the facility requirements in each phase.
In the department files period table it is possible to indicate whether a department
is outdoor and whether the department has facilities such as growth light, CO2
equipment, or blackout. In addi-tion to this the batch file features the possibility
on each phase line to indicate whether the batch is placed outdoors and whether Growth
light, CO2, or blackout is required.
By combining this information the report verifies the consistency of requirements
and facilities. If - according to the batch recipe - a certain facility is
required in a phase, and this facility is not present in the department where the
batch is placed - according to the planning file - then this is printed as "Error"
in the report. If the opposite is the case, and a facility is not utilized then
this is printed as "OBS" in the report. If the inconsistency concerns outdoor
placing then this will al-ways be regarded as "Error".
Optimization
In the standard and in the cyclic optimization it is now possible to respect the
cuttings balance (stock plant/consumer complexity). The facility is controlled
by the checkbox “Stock plant opti-mization”. If the box is checked the
calculation will ensure that the internal use of cuttings from any stock plant
does not exceed the internal cuttings production.
In the ”Adjust plan batches” optimization the first selling week is now printed
for each of the batches in the result report. In the standard and in the cyclic
optimization the field is available in customized layouts.
Fixed errors
Department file, Periods: If a period indication was moved fully outside the
original interval and the upper part of the entry was clicked a reappearing
message box would lock the program.
This also applied to the selling prices in the crop file and other similar
tables with interval indi-cations.
When opening the planning file an error message occurred when the file was empty.
It was not possible to clear a batch index in the planning file.
Area, Department survey: Available space in a department wasn’t
calculated in weeks where the department is empty.
