General
The layout lookup field now has a selectable standard value.
In the layout dialog the button ”Close” has been changed to ”Apply”.
When the button is pressed the current layout will be used in the request
dialog without any further confirmation.
Data import
In the request dialog for data import it is now possible to indicate that the
import will be made into the minimum selling limits of the optimization file.
Any subsequent optimization using these limitations will ensure that the production
as a minimum will be able fulfill the reserved quantities.
Files
The number of digits for bench types has been increased fro 2 to 3.
In the Reservation file a new function [Shift+F7] for mass deletion of reservations
has been introduced.
In the Planning file the accumulated change in the number of plants produced is now
shown in the same way as ”Accumulated PM”.
Reports
Under “Control” in the maxi version a new report showing batch placements according
to the planning file has been introduced.
The report shows the placing in each phase of a batch in department, section, and
bench type. Using a custom layout the user can decide any sorting and grouping in
the report.
Fixed errors
Using the standard copy function [F6] it has been possible to produce illegal
zero-records in several of the files. Any zero-records will be removed during
the upgrade to version 2.022.
In the batch file it was not possible to save changes on a newly created record.
The number of phase lines in the Planning file could differ from the corresponding
number of phase lines in the Batch file. Any inconsistencies will be corrected
during the upgrade to version 2.022.
The summary crop analysis could fail under some conditions.
The analysis of waste included waste in all weeks of the first phase and not just
the last week of the phase.
